COA checks to complete

Your checks stay in this browser and are not submitted.

Identity and amount

Confirm the exact compound or form and keep identity, assay or measured content, and purity as distinct results.

Contamination scope

Sterility, endotoxin, residual solvents, and heavy metals require separate tests. An untested category remains unknown.

Lot linkage

A public library becomes product evidence only when the exact product and received lot can be matched to the named laboratory record.

COA boundaries

Does purity prove identity or fill?

No. Purity, identity, and assay or measured content are separate analytical questions.

Does a vendor-level COA library match the delivered lot?

Not by itself. The exact product, strength, lot, laboratory, report date, method, and result must be linked.

Does a COA establish clinical safety?

No. A report supports only the tests and sample it identifies; product-quality evidence and clinical evidence remain separate.
